Seafood Shetland represents the interests of companies involved in all aspects of fish processing and shellfish growing in the islands. It was formed in 2003 following the amalgamation of Shetland Fish Processors’ Association (SFPA) and Shetland Shellfish Growers’ Association (SSGA). At £400 million, the seafood sector is the largest overall contributor to the Shetland economy.
